Research Abstract

研究成果の概要ニスキルス胃癌細胞が粘膜下層に浸潤すると,線維芽細胞あるいはスキルス胃癌細胞産生するTGF-βにより癌細胞の浸潤能が促進される。腹膜転移における腹膜への接着には,α2,α3β1-integrinが関与し、TGF-βはこれらの接着分子発現を増強する。このようなスキルス胃癌の進展様式において、TGF-βのシグナル伝達を抑制することでスキルス胃癌細胞の浸潤・接着能は抑制される事が示され、今後のスキルス胃癌治療における分子標的治療への展開が示された
