Research Abstract

Von Willebrand factor(VWF)は血管内皮細胞障害の際に発現が増強しするが、その重合体UL-VWFMは病的血小板凝集を引き起こす。ADAMTS13はUL-VWFMの分解酵素であるが、肝移植後に高頻度にADAMTS13活性の低下がみられ、特に急性拒絶反応や虚血再灌流障害時に著しいことを世界で初めて見出した。また、ADAMTS13低下時の血小板輸血の危険性を指摘し、肝移植の国際専門雑誌に論文を掲載し、国内外の学会にて発表した。
