| Research Abstract |
人工臓器や生体組織における圧力分布を高精度に測定するために新規的な溝付きリニアアレイセンサーを考案して実用化を目指している。この新圧力センサーではシリコンの単結晶平板にセンサー長手方向と垂直な方向に溝を設け、それぞれのビーム面上にひずみゲージを配置している。試作したセンサーの荷重負荷試験を行い有限要素法による構造解析で考察した。その結果、構造解析によるセンサー出力の予測が可能となりセンサーの設計方法確立の可能性が示唆された。
