Research Abstract

瞳孔の対光反射をベッドサイドで測定できるシステムを開発した。本システムではリアルタイムで両眼同時測定が可能であり瞳孔反応の種々のパラメーターを解析することできる。これまでの測定データからは頭蓋内圧と瞳孔反応に相関があることが示唆された。今後、臨床現場で頭部外傷・脳卒中・脳腫瘍などの頭蓋内圧亢進を生じる可能性のある患者において、早期に頭蓋内圧亢進を捉えることが可能となり予後の改善に役立つことが期待される。
