| Research Abstract |
本研究の目的は、脊柱の変形などの退行変化と、高齢者の日常生活動作(ADL)、および生活の質(QOL)の関連を調べることである。腰背部の痛みなどを訴え、整形外科を受診した高齢者418名を対象として各質問票調査を行い、脊椎X線などで脊柱の変形を評価し、これらの関連を調べた。胸椎後弯増強、腰椎前弯減少などの脊柱の弯曲異常は様々なADL, QOLの低下にも関連していることが明らかになった。
