Research Abstract

関節軟骨の全層欠損を修復するため用いられるコラーゲンの足場について家兎を用いて実験を行った。濃度勾配を有するラーゲンの足場が、骨髄由来の未分化間葉系細胞の総員能力の違いについて差があるか否かを検討するため、濃度勾配の異なる2種類のコラーゲンを作成し家兎の膝関節内の軟骨欠損部位に埋入した。結果として33%の濃度勾配を有するコラーゲンが最も細胞動員が良好で、組織学的なスコアも他のものに比べて優位に良好であった。
