| Research Abstract |
全身麻酔機序の解明の一助として、睡眠との関連について検討した。全身麻酔中に大脳皮質内の睡眠活性物質が変化することが確認された。大脳皮質内の睡眠関連物質の片側上昇は睡眠中の脳波に左右違った変化をもたらす。全身麻酔中にも睡眠同様脳波左右差を起すかについては継続中である。また期間中、大脳皮質内片側のみに睡眠関連物質が増加していた可能性のある患者で全身麻酔中に脳波モニターであるBISモニターの左右差を確認した。
