Research Abstract

ラットに12分間の脊髄虚血を負荷して対麻痺モデルを作成した. 血流再開後の運動誘発電位および運動誘発硬膜外電位を記録して, 周波数解析により400Hz以上の高周波成分を分離した. 運動誘発硬膜外電位に含まれる高周波成分は, 抑制系介在ニュ-ロン機能を反映している可能性が示唆された.
