| Research Abstract |
ミクログリアに発現するP2X4受容体、プロトンチャネルはそれぞれ慢性疼痛機序、貪食作用において重要な役割を持つ。これらの受容体・チャネルに対する麻酔薬の作用をパッチクランプ法によりセルライン(GMI-R1, BV2)を用いて検討した。BV2において低濃度ATP(100μM以下)で誘起する電流はイベルメクチンによって増強し、P2X4受容体電流と同定できた。GMI-R1においてプロトンチャネルは局所麻酔薬で抑制され、食作用抑制が示唆された。
