| Research Abstract |
本研究は尿路性器癌に対するテロメラーゼ活性を標的とした新規ウイルス療法の開発研究を目的とした。研究期間内に転移癌を含む前立腺癌、腎癌に対する有効性、他の療法との併用効果の増強が確認された。一方、Telomelysinと新規癌抑制遺伝子REICとの併用効果は癌種によって効果は一定ではなく、新規ウイルスArmed-Telomelysin(Telomelysin-REIC)の作製に至らなかった。
