Research Abstract

プロテオミクスの手法を用いて腎癌に特異的な腫瘍マーカー候補蛋白質を探索した。腎癌組織を用いた研究と腎癌細胞株の培養上清を用いた研究を施行し、最終的に2種類の腎癌に関連した報告例のないタンパク質を確認することが出来た。今後、この2 種類のタンパク質については、腫瘍マーカーとしての有用性の検討や機能解析、そして既知の癌関連因子との相関も含め検証していく
