Research Abstract

「子宮内膜症細胞にアロマターゼ遺伝子高発現をもたらす分子基盤にはエピジェネティクス制御が関与する」との仮説の検証を通して、子宮内膜症の高濃度エストロゲン環境を生じる分子基盤の解明をめざした。本研究により、子宮内膜症細胞にけるアロマターゼ遺伝子高発現の分子基盤ををエピジェネティクス制御の観点より検証した結果、「子宮内膜症はエピジェネティクス制御異常病」という疾患概念への突破口となる新たな知見を得た。
