Research Abstract

ケモカインの1つであるミッドカイン(MK)はmRNAおよびタンパク質量共に正常子宮内膜組織と比較して子宮体癌組織で有意に高発現していることを明らかにした。また子宮体癌患者と血清中MK濃度は婦人科良性疾患患者のそれと比べ有意に高く、予後因子のマーカーとしての有用性が示唆された。さらにMK強制発現細胞株を作製しマウスに移植することで、MKが癌増殖促進的に働く傾向を示した。またマウス移植実験においてRNAi試験を施行するためMK shRNAを発現するウイルスを作製し、現在リアルタイムin vivoイメージングシステムを用いたMKの腫瘍への影響を追跡調査することを計画している。
