Research Abstract

本研究は、不死化卵巣表層上皮細胞株(imOSE)の樹立を行い、次にimOSEに卵巣癌で発現がある癌遺伝子を複数導入する事で癌化(cOSE)を達成した。そこで、本研究の目的である内膜間質細胞(ES)と癌化した細胞株の共培養行うため、両細胞をSCID マウスに移植したが腫瘍の形成は確認できなかったため、ES の代わりに腫瘍形成しやすい間質細胞であるhMSCs を用いて同マウスに共移植した。その結果腫瘍の形成が確認された。cOSEを用いたが、間質細胞との共培養でOSEに腫瘤形成という形質変化が確認された。
