| Research Abstract |
中耳手術中に鼓索神経が切断された症例の術後における味覚回復、茸状乳頭の再生に関して研究を行った。中耳手術前の電気味覚検査閾値が8dB以下の正常値を示し、術後2年以上検査が施行できた87例中19例(22%)において、最終閾値が正常値に回復した。正常値に回復した症例では茸状乳頭が再生し、内部には味蕾様構造とI型, II型, III型細胞, 基底細胞の特徴を備える細胞の存在や、III型細胞にシナプスを形成して終末する神経線維を透過型電子顕微鏡によって確認した。
