Research Abstract

呼吸不全患者及び食道癌術後患者から採取した単核球(peripheral を利用してのNF-κBの転写活性、サイトカイン産生を健常人と比較検討を実施した。TNFα、IL-1βの産生量は呼吸不全患者で著明に増加しており、Western Blot法を用いて測定した細胞質内I-κBとNF-κBの発現量も同時に増加していた。以上のことから、細胞内シグナルトランスダクションシステムの障害によりサイトカイン産生が惹起されることが判明した。重症患者は鎮静薬の投与によりさらに免疫能が低下することを解明することが出来た。
