Research Abstract

ICUでのせん妄評価をthe Confusion Assessment Method for the Intensive Care Unit(CAM-ICU)日本語版を用いて行った。ICUでのせん妄発症頻度とそのせん妄発症に人工呼吸器と鎮静薬の使用が深く関与していることを明らかにした。また炎症のマーカーである血清C-反応性蛋白(CRP),血漿抗コリン活性(PAA)がせん妄発症のメカニズムに関与していることを示した。
