| Research Abstract |
2006年-2007年にかけ^(18)F-コリンの全自動合成装置を開発した。培養癌細胞を用い、^(18)F-コリンと従来からのトレーサー^(18)FDGとの集積比較実験を行った。その結果、両者とも分裂頻度の高い癌ほど集積することが明らかになった。^(18)F-コリン収量の検定およびマウスを用いた急性毒性試験を行い、本学の倫理委員会に臨床での使用を申請・認可された。ボランティアに対する^(18)F-コリンPETを経て、5例の口腔癌患者に対する^(18)F-コリンPETを行ったが、良好な原発巣の描出ができた。
