Research Abstract |
CTおよびMRIで三次元データを得て, 組織を抽出するセグメンテーションと下顎骨の力学的特性を解析する有限要素法モデリングを顎関節部の構造を重視して行った。三次元的な組織抽出とシミュレーションで生理的変化を説明・予測するバイオメカニカル手法を検討した。またコーンビーム型CTによる顎骨三次元データから骨組織の構造力学的解析を行った。モデリングが顎関節症患者の病態診断や予後予測に役立つかどうか検証している。
