Research Abstract

亜鉛製剤(β-alanyl-L-histidinato zinc : AHZ)の骨吸収抑制作用について検討した。骨芽細胞に代表的な炎症性サイトカインであるTNF-αを添加したところ, M-CSFおよびRANKL発現は上昇したが, AHZの同時添加によってコントロールレベルまで減少した。またAHZは, TNF-αによるIκBのリン酸化を抑制した。一方, AHZ添加によって, TRAP陽性の成熟破骨細胞数は顕著に減少した。またAHZは, RANKL刺激によって上昇したIκBのリン酸化を抑制した
