| Research Abstract |
口腔細菌Candida albicans(C.albicans)によるマウス誤嚥性肺炎モデルを確立するために行った実験では, 妥当と思われる感染モデルが見いだされた。また, cholera toxin(CT)とカンジダ抗原を併用し経鼻免疫した結果, 抗体価の上昇が認められ, 感染モデルの誤嚥性肺炎発症の予防に有効であることが示唆された
