Research Abstract

う蝕に罹患した歯に歯冠色での修復を行う場合に最も多く用いられる材料としてコンポジットレジンがある。このコンポジットレジンを歯に接着させるための接着材としてボンディングシステムが用いられるが、この操作手順を簡略化させる目的で接着させる面へのリン酸処理を省略する場合がある。こうした省略が修復物の予後に影響するかどうかについて検討した。リン酸処理の省略は、コンポジットレジンのエナメル質への接着強さを低下させ、適合性の早期劣化を引き起こすことが示された。
