| Research Abstract |
象牙質・歯髄複合体の修復・再生過程における歯髄組織幹細胞/前駆細胞の動態と象牙芽細胞への分化機構を解明する目的で, 直接覆髄処置, レーザー照射, あるいは歯の再植, 歯髄組織の移植を行い, その後の硬組織形成過程について免疫組織化学的に観察した。その結果, 歯髄組織中に存在する歯髄固有細胞から分化した象牙芽細胞様細胞あるいは骨芽細胞様細胞によって硬組織形成が行われることが明らかにされた。
