| Research Abstract |
歯髄細胞は数種類の異なる細胞から構成されていることが知られている。 しかしながら, その活性は低く, 長期にわたる継代培養は困難である。そこで本研究では, 歯髄細胞の性質をより詳細に検索するためにヒト歯髄由来細胞の樹立と解析を行った。 本申請期間では, 9種類のクローン細胞を樹立し, 樹立したクローン細胞間の遺伝子発現の違いをDifferential Displayにより検索し, 8種類の遺伝子を検出した
