Research Abstract |
We used an animal model to evaluate for bone regeneration by maxillary sinus floor augmentation with OCP/Collagen and palatelt-rich plasma(PRP) gel. With an extraction specimen after bone transplantation eight weeks, we compared it with a group of control for roentgenology and developed a non-transmitted image significantly. The extraction specimen accepted remarkable new bone formation on examination of 3 dimensions by a micro X-ray computed tomography scan. From the result, OCP/Collagen and bone regeneration method with PRP gel do not need autograft of bone, and it is the methods that are the utility which bone regeneration can do without adding the second operation field.
