Research Abstract

われわれは羊膜上培養自己日腔粘膜上皮シートを用いた新たな再生医療的手術療法の確立を目指し、同シートの臨床応用を行つた。日腔外科手術予定患者より日腔粘膜上皮細胞を採取し、羊膜上培養自己口腔粘膜上皮シートを作成し、手術後の粘膜上皮欠損部へ自家移植した。結果、同シートは拒絶反応や感染など異常所見なく生着し、経過は良好である。羊膜上培養日腔粘膜上皮シートは、粘膜上皮再建に有用なものとなりうることが示された。
