| Research Abstract |
注射針が電動で移動できる試作機を設計し, さらに, その移動距離・スピード・注入量などが任意に設定できる注入のためのソフトウェアを開発した.
その結果, 電動で進む注射針のスピードは0.5mm/sec程度がVASやPRSによる評価では最も痛みが小さく, 薬液の注入速度は15秒まで次第に速度を増し, 15秒以降は1.0ml/secの条件が最も痛みが少ないことが分かった.
以上から, 電動で注射針が進む注射器を実用化するための基礎データが得られた. しかし, 本注射器は試作機であるために機器自体が大きく, 重量もある. 臨床に用いるためにはさらに小型・軽量化にするための研究が必要である.
