Research Abstract

本研究では、機械的伸展刺激負荷にともない、ERKのリン酸化が起こること、さらに、ERK-1/2の活性化阻害剤を培養系に添加することにより、分化中の軟骨細胞のメカニカルストレスレスポンスを阻害できることをII型コラーゲンの遺伝子発現の半定量的解析により解明した。これにより、ERK-1/2を介した細胞内情報伝達系が軟骨細胞の機械的刺激受容機構において細胞外からの刺激を核内に伝達している可能性が示唆された。
