Research Abstract

本研究では、上顎犬歯低位唇側転位を示す症例について、上顎中切歯・側切歯・犬歯歯軸傾斜角度、それぞれの部での上顎骨歯槽部唇側表面傾斜角度および軟組織傾斜角度を、高解像度CTを用いて計測し、それらの相互関係について検討した。上顎中切歯部と側切歯部については、歯軸と歯槽部唇側表面傾斜角度との間に有意の正の相関が認められたが、歯軸と軟組織傾斜角度との間および歯槽部唇側表面傾斜角度と軟組織傾斜角度との間には有意の相関は認められなかった。犬歯部については、歯軸と歯槽部唇側表面傾斜角度との間、歯軸と軟組織傾斜角度との間および歯槽部唇側表面傾斜角度と軟組織傾斜角度との間に有意の正の相関が認められた。
