| Research Abstract |
本研究の目的は、新卒看護師が診療補助技術を習得する際の困難感を考慮した自己学習用コンテンツを製作し、学習者-教授者間及び学習者-学習者間のインタラクティブ性を保障した看護技術教育用システムNursing Support System 2.0を用いて、自己学習のための教育環境を検討することであった。研究により、新卒看護師が気管吸引、採血、注射を習得する際の困難感が明らかとなり、それを元にしたコンテンツは、一定の評価を得た。NSS2.0は自己学習に利用可能であるとされ、また修正点が明らかとなった。
