Research Abstract

健康問題を有する小児の安全について実態を調査したところ、入院機関では安全管理マニュアルを配備し、転倒・転落などの小児特有の事故の防止、報告ルートなどの周知などを実施していた。しかし、医療行為以外の生活管理面で安全管理は付添う母親が担っていた。入院病児、在宅障害児の母親のQOLは低く、付き添い家族に対する環境整備、ならびに在宅医療を受ける小児の家族に対し、福祉サービスを含む行政的な施策の必要性が示唆された。
