| Research Abstract |
本研究は、母親の育児支援に貢献するための基礎研究として、育児困難感尺度の実用化を図ることを目的とした。この尺度は、児の泣きに対する母親の困難な情動に着目したものである。正常新生児の1ヶ月時における泣きに対する母親の育児困難感を測定する尺度として概ね高い信頼性と妥当性を得た。
また、これまで行ってきた困難感に関連する要因の検討調査および文献検討を行い、育児困難感の概念を明らかにした。さらに、NICUを退院したハイリスク児の母親を対象とした調査の分析を加え、正常児をもつ母親とハイリスク児をもつ母親の児の泣きに対する情動反応の差異についても明らかにした。
