| Research Abstract |
虐待予防のグループ支援の効果と支援に必要な能力とその重要度を検討した。結果、参加者の効果について「子育て罪悪感」「子どもとの関係」「両親との関係」「共感・受容・孤独感」「対処」に有意な改善がみられ、グループ支援は虐待予防に有効であることが示された。支援者が捉えた参加者側効果は「自己の肯定」73.0%、支援者の効果は「グループ支援の学びが個別支援の関わりに役立つ」67.6%で最も多かった。支援者は支援能力について「事後フォローと評価」を最も重要とし、次いで「事前準備」「当日のグループ運営」の順であり、下位項目では特に「カンファレンスによる振り返りと支援の方向性の確認」、「参加者との信頼関係と動機づけ」、「支援者側の視点からみた効果の共有」を重要と捉えていることが明らかになった。
