| Research Abstract |
血管性認知症とアルツハイマー病の疾患が、収集癖(収集行動と称す)、徘徊、入浴困難時の認知症高齢者の言動や思いにどのように影響し、どのような違いが表れるのかを明らかにすることを目的に参加観察法で50名に調査した。重症度と年齢、性を合わせて分析した結果、血管性認知症高齢者はアルツハイマー病高齢者に比し、短期記憶や意味記憶、人の記憶が維持され、そのことが収集物品回収時の反応や徘徊タイプ、入浴時の攻撃言動の違いとして現われていた
