| Research Abstract |
オボアルブミン(OVA)経口連続投与で感作が誘導可能なB10Aマウスを用いて、カロテノイド強化食摂取による食物アレルギー発症抑制のメカニズムについて検討した。血清中のOVA特異的IgE、IgG1、IgG2a抗体価がカロテン摂取群で有意に減少し、ASA誘導後のカロテン摂取群での血中ヒスタミン濃度が低下した。また脾臓細胞由来CD4+T細胞のTh1及びTh2のmaster regulatorの測定結果からもカロテノイド強化食による抗原感作の抑制が示唆された。
