| Research Abstract |
本研究により、政府開発援助(ODA)と少数民族の土着知識継承の関係について、観念的・イデオロギー的な障害・限界があることが明らかになった。要請国の担当者は土着知識軽視の傾向があり、これがODA利権と癒着する当該国の技術者や業者、ドナーのコンサルタントにより助長され、土着知識の喪失を引き起こしている。ODA案件は土着知識の継承にマイナスの効果を示す傾向があり、要請国及びドナー双方の担当者の意識改革が必要である。
