Research Abstract

交感神経遮断のニューロパシックペインに対する効果の根拠を得るため、ラット脊髄神経結紮モデルを用いて後肢にニューロパシックペインを発生させ、交感神経遮断作用のあるクロニジンの脊髄くも膜下投与や腰部交感神経節切除の抗アロディニア作用を行動実験で検証した。クロニジンは用量依存性に抗アロディニア作用を示したが、同じく用量依存性を示すガバペンチンと脊髄くも膜下併用投与すると相乗作用を示した。ニューロパシックペインにおける脊髄Rexid II層での知覚ニューロンのシナプス伝達の変化、ならびに前述の薬剤や交感神経遮断の抗アロディニア作用との関連をin vivoパッチクランプ法で検討中である
