Research Abstract |
神経因性疼痛(神経障害に起因する痛み)とモルヒネ鎮痛耐性(連用によりモルヒネの鎮痛作用が減弱する現象)の発現機序は、多くの点で類似している。本研究では、モルヒネ鎮痛耐性が脊髄におけるダイノルフィン(Dyn)の分解阻害および転写因子p53の阻害により抑制されることを見出し、脊髄Dyn系とp53の相互連関が神経因性疼痛の発現にも関与している可能性を示唆した。
