Research Abstract

飛翔体CFRP構造は, 小石や鳥等の異物衝突によりはく離等の損傷を生じ構造物の大きな強度低下をもたらす. このため, 異物衝突の際に生じる衝撃荷重の位置と履歴を実時間でモニターすることができれば, 飛翔体構造の信頼性・安全性の大幅な向上を図ることが可能となる. 本研究では, 飛翔体構造に貼付したひずみセンサの応答より, 衝撃荷重の位置と履歴を実時間でモニターする異物衝突の実時間監視システムを構築した.
1. ひずみセンサ応答を用いた実験的衝撃荷重同定法を構築し, CFRP積層板, CFRP補強パネル, CFRP積層円筒に適用して衝撃荷重位置・履歴の同定を行い, 高精度の異物衝突の実時間監視システムを開発した.
2. 同定した荷重の最大値より, 複合材構造に生じる損傷を実時間で予測する手法を開発し, 落錘衝撃試験による実験結果とよく一致する結果が得られた. この成果より, 異物衝突監視により損傷モニタリングが可能であることが示された.
3. 雹衝突等の多点荷重が作用する場合の衝撃荷重位置・履歴を同定する手法を開発し, CFRP補強パネルの打撃試験により本手法の有効性を検証した. この結果, 多点荷重の場合にも実験的衝撃荷重同定が可能であることが示された.
