Research Abstract

肺癌のEGFRチロシンキナーゼドメイン内の既知の変異型にあわせたプローブを用いた、高感度、迅速なEGFR変異検出系を確立し、肺癌における遺伝子変異を検討してClin Cancer Res(2005;11:2924-9)Lung Cancer(2006;50:375-84)に報告してきた。この系を応用して、PIK3CA遺伝子のエクソン9および20の高頻度変異箇所に特異的なプローブを作成。これを用いたPCRアッセイシステムを確立し報告した(Lung Cancer2006;54:209-15)さらに追加実験として、リアルタイムPCRを用いた遺伝子コピー数(PIK3CA)を検討して、2007 Lung Cancer誌に報告した。この系は、食道癌症例にも応用して検討した。ライトサイクラーを用いたジェノタイピングの系としては、肺癌におけるNrasおよびKras遺伝子変異を検討し報告した(Oncology Reports 2007;18:623-628)
