Research Abstract

本研究では、交連ニューロンのサブタイプ特異的な軸索ガイダンスを制御している分子機構の解明を目指している。今回の研究成果として我々は、交連ニューロンのサブタイプレベルでの研究を推進する上で戦略的に中核となるマウスのin vivoでの遺伝子導入技術を確立させ、交連ニューロンのサブタイプ特異的な軸索ガイダンスを担っている可能性がある転写調節因子を複数見出した。さらに、これらの転写調節因子がサブタイプ特異的な軸索ガイダンスを制御しているかどうかを今回確立した実験システムにより検討した。
