Research Abstract

ヒト生体の腱組織における加齢現象やトレーニングによる変化のメカニズムを「力学的因子」と「代謝的因子」との関わりから明らかにすることを目的とした。腱組織の伸展性は加齢とともに低下し、それは筋よりも早期に生じることが明らかになった。さらに、トレーニング様式により腱の力学的および代謝的因子に及ぼす影響が異なり、特に等尺性トレーニングでは腱血液量の増加を伴うことなく、腱ステイッフネスを著しく増加させた。
