Research Abstract

アジア内陸部天山山脈のウルムチNo.1 氷河の雪氷微生物の調査を行った.その結果,氷河表面には3種のシアノバクテリア,2種の緑藻の繁殖が明らかになった.上流部で採取したサンプル分析の結果,春から夏の融解期に緑藻が繁殖し,さらに融解が激しい年にはシアノバクテリアが繁殖することが明らかになった.この季節変化の要因は主に融解量で,大気降下物として供給される窒素も関与している可能性があることが示唆された.
