Research Abstract |
2,4-ジクロロフェノキシ酢酸(2,4-Dを部分分解できるプラスミドpJP4を用い、連続回分式活性汚泥プロセス(SBR)にプラスミドオーグメンテーションを実施した。pJP4を導入しなかった対照系SBRは、2,4-Dを分解できなかった。2,4-Dを完全分解できるJMP134 (pJP4)を導入したSBRは、3日目まで高い分解率を示した後、JMP134の淘汰に伴って分解率が低下し、transconjugantが増加した20日目から分解率が回復した。2,4-Dを分解できないHB101 (pJP4)を導入したSBRは、7日間は2,4-Dを分解できなかったが、transconjugantが増加した20日目から分解率が向上した。
