Research Abstract

半導体製造技術の応用により水晶センサの質量検出限界を向上させるとともに、周辺環境の変動を意図的に与えた場合においても原子層レベルの質量変化をリアルタイムで計測できる技術を開発した。本技術を用いて、光触媒反応などの代表的な表面反応の測定を行ない、原子層の1/10以下の重さの変化を長期間にわたり実時間計測ができることを実証した。本研究は、理化学計測機器への利用のみならず電子鼻等への産業応用にも道を拓く研究である。
