Research Abstract

「表装」という伝統技術の伝承形態を調査するとともに美術系企業との連携を進め,職人的社会や企業における人材育成システムを検証し教員養成に展開可能なノウハウの収集を行った。さらに社会が求める即戦力としての教育者育成プログラム構築にむけて,被験者となる学生の実践とその検証を繰り返した。各実践を通して大学教員・現職教員等との比較を行い,学生との差異をビデオ映像で比較検討してプログラムに反映させた。
