Research Abstract

蛍光強度測定に代わる生体試料のイメージングシステムを開発することを目的として、光過渡種の吸収を用いた画像測定のための光学系および顕微分光システムの製作を行った。製作したシステムは、高次高調波などを用いた画像測定にも適用することができる。さらに、試料を固定する基板に半透明金属を蒸着することによって、共焦点反射干渉法による非蛍光性の生体試料の高感度計測が行えることを示した。
