Research Abstract

本研究では単一ナノ磁性粒子の超高速ならびに高感度な磁気計測技術の開発および, 超高速かつ低磁場反転技術の開発を行うことを目的として研究を行った. 大振幅高速パルス磁場印加システムならびに単一磁性粒子の残留磁化状態の超高感度逐次計測システムの構築を行い, それを用いて垂直磁気異方性を有するCo/Pt多層膜の単一ナノ磁性粒子を用いた磁化反転実験を進めた. その結果, 単一ナノ磁性体におけるスイッチング過程をナノ秒スケールで実験的に明らかにすることに成功した. またマイクロ波を用いた新規スイッチング技術についての検討を行い, その優位性を確認した.
