Research Abstract

Fe_3Al 単結晶では転位の可逆運動を基調として巨大な擬弾性が生じるものの、多結晶状態では十分な擬弾性が得られなかった。そこで本研究では、粒成長防止材を添加することによりその再結晶・粒成長プロセスを制御することで擬似単結晶化し、多結晶における擬弾性挙動を改善するとともに、同合金の制振特性について評価した。その結果、完全な擬似単結晶化は困難であったが、強度1 ギガパスカル以上の制振材料の開発に成功した。
