Research Abstract

ファインセラミックスは多くの光・電子デバイスに使われている重要な金属酸化物であり、至適なナノアセンブリ構造体を構築することによる新規機能の発現が期待されている。その中で、高分子の持つ自己秩序化能を用いたナノ材料アセンブリの開発が、高速・大面積・低欠陥性が要求される産業化に最も近い方法論の一つであると言われている。本研究では、研究代表者がこれまで蓄積した蛋白質リフォールディング・アセンブリ操作技術とin-vitroバイオミネラリゼーション技術を組み合わせて、生体・有機分子に最適な室温かつ温和な条件下で、至適有機-無機ハイブリッドナノアセンブリ構造体を創生する基盤技術の構築を目指した。
